This was a very clean series SPX fade plays. The leaders today have been TSLA and AMZN for the first half of the day. For /ES we hit prior POC at $3691 and then started to die from there when the NY news came out that they would potential lock downs again. At the same time, AMZN gapped up potentially on the Cowen & Company upgrade and PT raise from $4150 to $4350. It was really close to the wedge and pushed to it. I played that and it wasn't ultimately able to break it. It started to fall out of the 50 MA and below, which dragged the rest of the market.

The next SPX scalp was on a pop but $ADD was steadily dropping and $TICK stuffed 0, unable to get positive. Got in at the fade and locked it soon. Rinse and repeat.

By the last put attempt, /ES had already reverted to POC and prior ATH which made this a risky play, I tried it anyways and took a small loss on it. If I had held longer it would have been a great play as /ES lost POC and headed to gap fill. I also tried to play the bounce, but it was too slow and botched my exit. I'm glad I cut it as /ES did the deed after.

The losses only took out about 10% of my wins on this trade. Should have remembered that gaps are usually filled the same day if we start to die.
