I traded this pre-market. I did not really have a good pattern for this, I just saw it moving and wanted to get on the train. I NEED TO STOP THAT!

Each time I am disciplined I have a green day. Each time I chase and want to be part of some action, I lose money. There is a clear pattern here that I need to avoid.
