Sector rotation with money flowing out of oil and into biotech's. With USO taking a nose dive at 10:30am EST, I was looking for an ideal oil candidate to short. OAS was bear flagging above 16.60 support with the EMAs pushing it downwards. I scaled in 200 shares at 16.66 as a feeler and began scaling in 200 shares at a time as it continued to make lower highs into 16.60. I covered 200 shares at 16.47 and another 200 at 16.40. I moved my stop down to 16.55 for the remaining 400 shares. My mistake was allowing my stop to trigger instead of covering up more shares as the price began to round up with the EMAs. It also formed a 1-2-3 reversal at 16.40 which made it clear the flush was over and also could have been a spot to reverse my position and go long.
