Stop: 25.20 first entry, 2cts for scales

"GE is about to sell some or all of its real estate"
If a stock like GE is spiking on news like this, there might be more behind it. It was very difficult to read tape, because of all the algo mess, but I found a strong bid at .25 and went with it. Got squeezed on the first attempt for a little bit of profit and got in right away as soo as my first entry level showed strength.
After that, it was very easy to dance around the position as the spreads are tight, volume was there and the pullbacks were just one or two cents. So I hammered away.
I got out when tape speed slowed down. i just wanted to play the easy part of the move with size.

well, that's a good question. I desperately try to get my number of trades down to my old average of 2 - 4 per day. For this particular stock I found it very easy to really get agressive with the number of executions, because it is very thick and very low beta. So it has like 4 upticks in a row where you can scale and one downtick where you can add. Nevertheless, I try to get away from scalping, although it's helpful for wiggling into a position. But after that is established, I just should keep my hands away and let it ride.

Hey this is a little overly aggressive but you can do it since the float is so high and it's thick get that great first entry and add higher when you get setups but don't just add because you get a couple down ticks. It work today but you will see one out of five times a stockists bike down a dollar out of the blue when you get such an easy Trender and people are doing this type of trading on it

You remind me of some of my earlier trades where I had like 42 tickets for the day only on one stock. I was betting long and short, left and right :)
I changed my strategy and not doing that much scalping any more (not sure if my thing was scalping in the first place). I was wondering if you could have traded GE with lesser number of entries/exits? Too much headache and commission.
