BABA Trade on Dec 23, 2020 10:15 from spyrosz: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

What a beautiful trade on 23/12. What a reversal + "RDR buy" signal, and some excellent trading from my part.

Opened weak and flushed right into S1=major daily support=$252.5 that buyers had successfully defended two more times in the recent past.

Buyers showed up again, and

I got long Tier 0 once I saw the higher low=$253 below VWAP, risking tight stop $252 below S1=LOD=$252.5, expecting a full reversal a) reclaim yesterday's LOD=$255.4, then b) reclaim yesterday's close=$255.8, for an "RDR buy" candle.

Added momo tier, once it broke and held above R1=$254.8-255,forming a bull-flag just below the recent downtrend and yesterday's close, risking tight stop for that add below $254.5.

Rolled over, and cut the add per plan. Defended VWAP and put another higher low.

I was quick to add back another half-tier when I saw the buying pressure, risking the higher low=$253.5s, expecting the break and hold above R1=$255, then push to yesterday's LOD=$255.4, and yesterday's close=$255.8.

added momo tier once it reclaimed R1 and held above, risking tight stop for that add $254.5, expecting the push to targets.

Sold small in-front of yesterday's close=$255.8, trying to be conservative with exits here.
Lots of room to run in the daily. Sold 50% of position at the extention above $257, held rest 50% for a swing.

Well, next day I woke up -9% for the remaining 50% size on news of goverment regulation. Biggest loss of the year, just two days before Christmas. Just brutal:/

Already below max. day loss, so I knew AUTOSTOP would trigger at the open and liquidate. Remained weak premarket and I cut it as it retested premarket low.

Couldn't trade it, but man I would have bought max. size on that $211-212 wick to support.
