The setup: random nibbling. I was probably trying for bounces and pullbacks on the 2m chart, but with a thick stock like this, that is best left alone.
The lesson: Don't do this. Find yourself a setup that matches the stock or stay the heck away! There is a place for scalping, but that needs a setup as well, beyond just trying to pick tops and bottoms of a small, narrow range in a thick stock.
