The supposed setup: bear flag (but not really)

Was it really?: Obviously not with hindsight
Did it actually look like a bear flag at the time?: I'm not sure. Probably not because the stock is at support from the previous day and on a bull run. Continuation may have been more likely. (w/o the hindsight that is).
Furthermore, I can now see a rejection spike on the 5m chart which should have tipped me off that this was not a bear flag.
