This stock had been bear flagging all day... Why were you going long??

Because it had started going sideways just a few minutes prior and at the point I went in long (countertrade) the 9SMA had just crossed over the 20SMA and the stock was trading above the 9SMA, which is usually a sign of strength even in a downtrending stock. Yes risky, only for a scalp. Not to hold for long, but you're right. Should have been shorting it.
