Hi
We need tags and a description of what you see and what you are playing.
Some info please.
What I see is an attempt to play the bear flag on the daily, which seems appropriate given that the market was down at the start and bios were down too.
Or was it a pre-emptive orb?
Can't see a pattern/setup for the second trade though

It was a preemptive ORB also looking at the bear flag on the daily. I didn't think IBB had any real muscle.

Were you playing a Green to Red trigger? If so, your entry was a little late and stop should have been sooner since it went back green, nullifying the trigger. No doubt it can be frustrating when it seems every darned trade goes against you. But that doesn't mean you are that far from "getting it". As Driver42 mentioned, add some info to your tradervue so that everyone can weigh in with thoughts/opinions based on what you were trying to do. Sometimes, just making sure that you have a setup on multiple timeframes gets someone over the hump.

Thanks. Entry was definitely late. I thought the risk reward was there though. Unfortunately not. I will give more info on my thoughts going forward if I do go forward.

Keep going forward Peter.
Onward and upward my friend.

Thanks. It would be easier done even if I had an occasional win to boost confidence. Months of consistent losses just wear on you, not to mention the wallet.

Stop trading. Sim trade or paper trade. Get your mojo back. Then make sure you have your plan to hand when trading and make sure you are sticking to it.
I have been going through the same issues, although demo trading only.
Things do get better.

I'll go simulator for a while :)
