This trade was planned and I executed it perfectly. Until 30 mins later I FOMO traded and lost money.
Breakout price: $5.50
Risk price: $4.90
Target: $7.30
I bought a very small amount of shares because my risk was at VWAP which was pretty far away. This is fine thought because it allowed me to stay in the trade after the first fake out and stay in the trade during the chop. Eventually it broke out and I took all profits $1.10 per share later.
Something to remember - an actual breakout will have about 3 pull backs so do not be afraid of pull backs.
I had a small scalp later on and made $5 and then another scalp later on losing about $5 dollars.
I should have left the scalps alone. That was FOMO.
Either way happy with how I planned and exected the trade, but I need to learn to walk away.
