Completely mentally unstable during time trade was taken due to oversleeping and messing up my routine. On the intra-day, had a flag breakout and a pull back to the 20DMA, but the pull back completely retraced way past the break down point, a sure sign the setup was invalid, but didn't pay attention to that cause I was not calm and a little bit of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). When trying to stop myself out of the trade, I accidentally clicked sell instead of buy and shorted 428 more, and quickly covered all 856 share
