Takeover rumor + gapping into ATH resistance at 50$. Large seller prmkt seen at 47.50$, support at 46$.
Don't really know, what to expect from this. ATH is really old, but 50$ is a huge level. No names in the press release + seller is screaming SHORT ME!, but technical players will buy into it for sure. I'll watch it trade and probably buy the 47.50$ crack.

47$ was a really strange level on the tape. $ALTR showed strengh premarket, although there was a seller at 47.50$. On the open, a hidden buyer was at 47$ for almost a minute, I joined, he dropped, but stock was bought quickly. I tried to buy the 47$ remount another two times, but no success. Ramp came into the close.
