was holding for a week for a swing trade and was stopped out yesterday. Got angry and threw a ridiculously low limit bid at the bottom of support to try and get back in. Decided to take profit intraday rather than hold for swing.

need to pay more attention to live intraday charts, but hard to do with lots of meetings.
