I identified a head and shoulders pattern on an upward trend. I purchased 109 shares at $3.6999 a share for a total cost of $506.85. I set a stop loss at $4.00 for a loss of -$70.85. I set an alert at $6.95 to take profit for a total profit of $250.70.

Update: On January 21, 2021, after reviewing OPK's chart and hearing Cramer's comments on this stock I decided to exit the trade for a loss of $25.06.
