I broke my trading rules and took a second trade of the day (after a loss in the first trade). By default, and regardless of the losing outcome, it is a rubbish trade.

The only redeeming fact is this is the last trade I took today.

Another redeeming fact is that I adhered to my stop loss. Exited entire position upon close below stop loss,
