Stock had some PR, low float, it opened strong but not crazy, looked like a stuff at 3.9 out of the gate so thought it was going to break LOD as it couldn't break out with volume. It then held the LOD so I got in with tight stop for the break of 3.9 expecting a quick spike to 4 and see from there. Big mistake to expect anything as it gives me a bias. It didn't rip to 4 but instead, stalled at 3.96 so i thought the seller was still there so i sold. This was all based on the tape and obviously, the second i sold thinking it was a stuff, it ripped 40cents.
Once again, in the morning this early, I only have the tape to base myself on and i am too cautious so a way to minimize that is to scale out. I tried to get some out at 3.96 to decrease the risk but wasn't getting filled which gave me the hint that the seller was there. Had i just decreased my size and kept rest with the stop, if i were to be wrong, my small would be minimal and it gives me a chance to stay in it if ever it squeezes hard like this.
Reasons to sell: stalled right under round #, seller
