Uptrend in the markets strong and still intact. Rotation and fund in-flows still present. VIX continuing to decrease. Global markets showing continued strength as well.

Fundamental Analysis

TTWO reported earnings beating analyst forecasts but has rallied about 26% since last earnings. What caught investors attention and the sell-off was the weak guidance in front of stronger expectations with other rivals like EA. M & A activity have been more competitive with the latter company planning to acquire GLUU which taps into the mobile gaming market share.

Technical Analysis

HTF failed breakout on elevated RVOL on the BID and on decreasing IV.

The 200 level was aggressively supported on the tape. Will keep that level in mind also showing a VPOC area. If the buyers support here it would be notable and risk management parameters of the trade going forward will have to be re-evaluated.

Good trade set-up, execution, and management. Grading overall as an A. I could have possibly scaled more into the trade the following day but found other trade opportunities that were more fresh and in play. These earnings trades are notably showing up as a leading edge in my development. Notable recognition of overhead supply with the failed breakout.
