Very choppy price action. It did not respect the 61.8 Fib the first time, do not expect it to do so the next time given the selling pressure that it has.
Bounced in the zone with high-volume nodes in the consolidation on the VP.
- Doji's on high-volume at the top.
- Increasing selling volume on 3-min chart but still lower relative to the buying volume which indicates the weakness of the downtrend.
Nice Observation
- Given that the buyers of the top of the demand zone have entered on the first dip, this time around (on this dip), the price had to go lower to collect new buyers that liked the price at a lower price.
