My thesis was right on this trade, but I bought to many shares.

This stocks broke out today and I failed to buy the breakout and was too slow and was too scared to buy too high. Looking at how breakouts had been working, I should have held this.

Instead of making a 27% gain I took at 8% loss.

Learnings: a breakout might come back to the breakout level and if it bounces that is a sign of strength and that should be when I buy. Or if I have already bought, I should hold to this level.
