GTEC was a great mover this morning with a pretty projected support line at VWAP ($22)
I took a few trades on it at the VWAP and was able to catch two significant rises.
What did I do well?
- Located strong support and took the trades based on that.
- Took profits without getting greedy. Often I take profits too early and miss out of more gains but on GTEC here I actually barely managed to avoid a $5/Share drop by taking profits swiftly. Glad for that!
What could I have done better?
- I didn't define my stop loss before the trade. There is really no excuse to not define SL before taking a trade because I know I'm not always right... lol. Gotta get better about this.
