There is an issue with time and price of your fill.
The data you imported (covers at 66.01) did not happen then.
Check your simulator, to make sure you are dealing with proper data.
Otherwise, documenting and reporting your trades seems useless.

He's probably putting in the cover order at a much earlier time than it actually is executed. So when executed, it has it listed as a time much earlier and that time is being shown on the chart. As you can see the stock reached $66 much later. Time stamps are just off.
