- Sudden rumors on social media of partnership with Tesla which made the stock pop.
Otherwise, a good indication of a reversal to the downside with :
- A high volume doji on 3-min chart
- A fakeout on the break of $3.00.
Execution to improve:
- Don't short before it hits the demand zone as this could be a simple pullback and continuation. I want a clear indication of a failed move higher after hitting the demand zone, and ONLY THEN short on the break of the low of the demand zone.
