I wanted to reallocate risk therefore I got short at 7 with 1600 shares, I was close to triple the size of my initial position and I was risking vwap ish. I thought that the trend was establish to the down side and that a move back up to VWAP would be very unlikely. the structure of the chart didn't make too much sense IMO for me to short where I did. I think that we were quite extended to the downside and that I could have been more patient before deploying some more risk. This is not a trade setup that I'm super familiar with. I got stopped out at 7.73. My risk allocation did not make any fucking sense here, putting 3x the risk that I had initially on my first trade while the risk reward was significantly lower on that trade.
