Similiar to F, this name hit it's highest level in 3 years this morning then pulled back amid market weakness. I got in near the bottom with a 3:1 RR.

I believe this is a strong name that will continue it's uptrend when the market stops selling off so hard. I was slow with my entry, fishing for a few extra dollars as it uptrended away from me. Need to commit and get filled, the liquidity on this was good.

++ 03/09 Swing Exit
Sold my call contract when 14.15 old resistance level didn't hold as support. This name had been in a steady downtrend for a little less than 1 hour so I was confident getting out and waiting for a reversal to get back in. There was no sign of strength so I got out. Good swing trade not overstaying my welcome. Should've sized up though, this was a good opportunity to dip buy a strong company.

++03/09 Day Trade

This was a strong name that recently downtrended but was showing signs of strength. Since the setup wasn't that clear/amazing, I wanted to put on risk close to my stop, I was fine letting this one run without me.

This name just broke above VWAP on the 1m chart then held it as support during a tight consolidation. It jumped up above the range and this strength made me interested in a dip buy. I was very patient with my order, looking to enter at 14.18 with a SL at 14.16 at a TP level at 14.30. This gave me a great 6:1 RR. I got in right at VWAP then when the level couldn't hold I got out fast.

I didn't wait for more confirmation like I usually do. The fact that GE was downtrending while SPY was uptrending made me reluctant to give this one wiggle room. Got out for a very small loss.

This was likely not a trade worth taking. It should have been a red flag that VWAP didn't even act as any support at the 13:15 breakdown. It blew right through that level which should've told me that it wasn't something strong to be watching. Good job fighting for an entry price and being quick with my exit but this isn't a setup worth my attention. Need to be careful to avoid overtrading.

Lesson Learned: Distinguish your A+ setups from your D+ setups. Be aware that VWAP may not be strong support if it broke through that level quickly on the day you're trading it.
