Entry Idea:

I felt like this was strong on good news.

Trading plan:

Risk: $25
Shares: 100
PT 1:
PT 2 :

During trade:

Take away:

I loved my execution on the first trade then
In on a pullback... instantly green.. then I scaled out at key levels 25% at a time.
the last 25% of the position I put on a 27 cent trailing stop based on ATR (5Min) but then I got stopped out but I felt like the stock had more upside so I jumped back in with the same 25% position size and gave back 20% of the gains on the first trade.
I should have just let it go and save my small account BP for power hour.

you did a really good job on scaling out, the entry was nice on the first pullback after a dip. How do you calculate when you scale out, you caught the move very nicely

thx I appreciate that.
Some of the scaling was based on important numbers from my perspective. (whole numbers, resistance from left in the chart). the video explains my thoughts better than I can recall right now.

I'm really needing to work on a better plan on scaling... sometimes I scale too soon than other times I wish I had. I'm considering moving to 1/3s ...and when I hit 1 R to take off 1/3 then when I hit 2 R another 1/3 and keep the last 3rd for more.
