• daily chart looked decent, it made a LL but had room to move up
• 5m chart def did not look promising, I did not follow my setup rules on this trade at all
• 1m chart, there was a hammer at VWAP but there was such low volume and it was after the beginning of a downtrend.

HOW I CAN IMPROVE
- do not take trades like this "for fun" or because you haven't found a trade yet
- props to me for taking very small size, still a waste of buying power
- should have identified that a LL was made and the volume did not show buyers coming in
- if you don't have most factors going for you, the setup should at least be visible on the 5m chart. here it was not

SUMMARY
took a subpar trade mainly because I was bored and hadn't taken a trade yet, luckily I took very small size so not too big of a deal. still a bad habit to get rid of, did not check 5m chart and did not wait for volume to come in on the hammer
