This loss could have been avoided. What happened was I had my lines to scale into short. And since it was under VWAP I went fullsize with an average of 3.5/ share. It shoot through all the way to $4. I didn't panic yet. Once I saw $4 reject I put a hard stop at $4.10. Then $4.5 felt heavy so reduced my risk by having a TRAILING stop loss at $3.62. It squeeze again and triggered my stop :(

Sucks because my thesis was correct that it was a short. but I went in too big too soon. Lesson here is wait 15mn after open to start scaling and building position. By this time the chart will reveal its personality and you'll see if it's playing games or not
