I normally wait for a setup after the open. Which usually puts my first trade 20 to 30 minutes into the day. I am fine with that. But this one had a really nice pullback setup that went right to the bell. So I placed my order at 4.70 which would be a breakout on the 5 minute chart. It hit it immediately. Then, unfortunately, it pulled back. Typical of an opening candle. I just hoped it was very temporary. I expected big moves so I placed my stop down at 3.99 thinking 4 may be support. It only pulled back to 4.15. So I added at 4.41 on its way back up. Sold at 4.76 for $400 profit. Was thinking I was done for the day but then saw it build again. I figured if it broke through 5 it may jump. So I bought at 5.01. Again, it pulled back but not much. Added at 4.88 as it climbed back up. Sold at 5.12 as it popped for another $400. It continues to climb as I type this. But I am calling it a day.
