Raw momentum trade, GPRO was up a couple of days in a row and getting quite extended on the daily, I was looking for a retracement today and a first red day type setup. The open was pretty weak, maybe it was trading with the SPY but price action on prior days was different from SPY so I assumed that it was trading on it's own. I started to scale in below vwap into strength anticipating a lower high but got stopped out once we retraced back to the opening print. I'm not sure if I like this trade, this is not really in my lane, not enough extension on the daily chart maybe.
