Grade=C
The setup: 1-2-3 Reversal
The result: It worked and the timing turned out to be pretty good. I almost want to give myself a C+, but I still have the feeling that an experienced, profitable trader would look at this and find something incrediby amateurish about it somewhere that I'm not seeing.
Entry: Stock was very extended and rejected 69.50 on a 5m chart spike. A lower high was put in on the 5m chart, so I bought it and that was the setup.
Exit: I took some off quickly, just in fase this was going to turn into a quick pullback to just under 68.50 and consolidate here for a bit. Then that did happen at 68.00 where I took the rest off appropriately (as hindsight now shows).
The lesson: Do more of these. I managed the risk well by considering the ways this could possibly go against me.
