Paper Trade. This was a really nice setup. Great volume. Bull flag breakout. Got in at the break over the high of the 10:20 candle which put me in at 8.20. Set my stop half way between the 9EMA and the 20EMA. The action has stayed above the 9EMA all morning. It struggled after I got in. So it made me a little nervous. I put my first target at 8.95. I figured 9 may be resistance and I would grab some profit right before that. But when it started to struggle, I put another target at 8.45. Just below the half dollar resistance. But then it began to climb. Not quickly, but it hit my 8.45 and closed half my position. Then slowly ground its way up and hit my other target. All out at 8.96.

What I should have done. I selected this trade well. I had a plan with a trailing stop between the averages. That stop had a max loss of 90 cents. My target was 1.80 up. Which would have put my target at $10. But after seeing it struggle in the beginning, I took profit. It did climb past my original target with little resistance. This trade could have been an $1800 win without too much stress. Just have to believe in my plan.
