I was careful with it nevertheless and chose to let the price action tell me which way it should be going. Big squeeze at 9:45 and then fail follow through at 9 and a solid stuff at 8.5, I thought that backside was in at this point. I did miss the stuff above vwap, in hindsight that was a sweet trade. I got involve at 7 on the tight consolidation following the double top at 7.3, there was a bid soaking so I had to take a loss there. I did give it another try following the failure to reclaim vwap, I thought that this time a move back to 7 was clearly indicative that the seller was still there. The bid soaked again and I got stop out in the high .4s. I don't hate the idea or the trade itself I believe that it was worth the risk and that a move to 6.5-6.4 was def possible, just bad timing, the news that came out at 12:45 was def responsible for the stuff so it might be all hindsight thinking more than anything else.
