MSFT Short

  • I thought this was a super weak gap up off weak news (acquiring discord for $10B who cares imo) with resistance on the daily at $240/241.

  • Stock was very extended around 11am so I wanted to short at $241 (whole number).

  • Reached about 40% of my total pnl on this stock shortly after noon.

  • Then overtraded from like 12:45-2:30 with unneeded pnl swings (gave most of it back).

  • Nailed that last short vs $241 and saved some lottery shares and covered near low of day.
