Paper Trade. This stock has been teasing with breaking below 22 for a week. It presented a bear flag and got in at the break down. Got in at 22.33 with a target for half my position just above 22 at 22.05. It slowly worked its way down there and filled. As it worked its way down, I kept pulling my stop down with the 9 & 20 EMA. When my first target filled, my stop was already below my entry (in profit). So I was in a good position. I placed another target at 21.80 after it broke through 22. But it just didn't feel like it was going to get there. So I dumped the rest filling at 21.95. Good thing because within a minute, it popped back up to the beginning of the drop and 15 minutes later, news came out and the stock jumped to almost $27 in a split second and got halted. A perfect example of why hard stops are needed. The good news is that then new action will probably put this stock in play for another week just as the volume was dying down.
