Premarket notice low float and downward trend. Earn $120 shorting but carry another trade into market open. Situation change dramatically during market opening with multiple limit up. Exit trade at loss. Reentry the trade too early with even more losses. During its peak, unable to maintain 200 stock due to broker limit cash transaction only. This vanish my ability to recoup the losses. With only 100 share, it's only possible to break even at $5 ($4 with commission) which unlikely to occur over next few days. Current losses at $700, with short position bringing to tomorrow.

First time keeping short position overnight, price gone up to $16 before turn back to $12 (yesterday closing at $11). Would be way better by closing the position yesterday instead of holding it. Paying $83 for overnight commission and found out it can't be use for repeated shorting. Market opening waited patiently this time and enter short at $15. Still can be improve by waiting for a confirmation downtrend. Exit early due to up signal at $13. Reentry around same price. Turn greedy on last trade by hoping it will go down to $10, losing another $100 profit.

How to improve
-market opening can change trading trend dramatically, hold zero position and wait for at least first 3min
-avoid too early entering market especially after a limit up or down
-play smaller share size 25-50% of total position, allowing better chance to recoup after price going opposite.
-combine all might turn this event into a potential good return, since the core hypothesis of the stock going down is still hold true.
-avoid holding position overnight, the borrowing cost is too high to justified the action.
