HOLY DAMN! A SINGLE DAY IN WHICH I'M NOT FULLY FOCUSED(so I didn't follow my rules) I GET BEATEN HARD.

Did I follow my stop loss rules? NO I DID NOT! Held through a brutual dump early in the morning. I wanted to go back from red to green so bad after that.
1st Play: My 1st entry was a high chase, and should have been a scalp. Didn't take the quick move and decided to hold the winner. There's a difference between being greedy(but exposing yourself to too much risk), and being smart and letting your winners run. I got caught in a blowing off top, but the mistake was when I refused to hit out at breakeven. I really can't believe I let this get to a $200 loss, which set me up for failure the rest of the day. I broke 2 rules in this trade. First, I didn't stop out. Second, I averaged down. You shouldn't be surprised then, with the results you have.
**2nd Play: This was actually not bad, for it could have been a good winner if it worked out. Risked breakeven for a bigger win. Valid.
3rd Play(Short): 3 Candle Hold below 308.57. Stopped out. Not a problem.
4th Play: Reserved my direction. Once again stopped out. Not a problem.
5th Play: Well after so many tries, FB seemed to have found a direction. A downwards channel. This direction was correct, but my entry could have been so much better, if I wanted for a retest. Descending Triangle.
