Did I follow my stop loss rules? NOT FOR THE LAST TRADE

Are you blind, my friend? Couldn't see that the area above 744.5 was a area of supply? Ended up being a blowing off top on the 15 minute. I thought that it was a real breakout after what happened at the open...

Entry(Notes): Chased momentum on the first trade. That was the plan, just in case the stock went straight up and broke 750. Was slowing down, and I got out for about flat, considering the risk that I took. I hesitated on the entry, TBH, and was late. Could have taken the ORB.
2nd entry was where I expected a break to 750. Stock pulled back on me hard.
3rd Entry was a dip buy, and I "thought" that it would go straight up and retest the highs, and it was just a shakeout of the weak hands as stop were taken at the 744.50 level. Although honestly speaking, I feared, it was going to go without me, and I didn't want to miss out. I should have waited for a second dip that showed support to be higher that the previous support, for a confirmation of entry.

Exit(Notes):
1st exit, good.
2nd exit was reasonable, as the trade obviously wasn't going in my direction.
3rd Exit I was hesitant to take the leave on, as it was my last trade of the day... Heard it for a bit longer than I should have, as I really didn't want to take a loss. Bad habits once again. Exited after a 3 candle confirmation below 740. If I was in the zone today I could have taken that short below 740...
