daily chart was pretty good, one of the better ones I have seen today. gapping up from a large red bar, cleared the first resistance and had room up to about 75.35, so 3R and I only need 2R. was around it's daily ATR/slightly above it so that part is good. overall good daily chart, not perfect by any means but good shock value, void, not super extended etc.
60m chart was pretty good, there was one pivot at 74.80 from yesterday that cleared but it really was not that special. nice that there was consolidation before the big move today which helped it not qualify as being extended. shows a clearer view of the daily chart essentially
15m chart was honestly amazing, nice green bar up, then another smaller green bar, and engulfing red bar and the next bar was a large green bar that broke the consolidation. it then had a small resting bar and I entered one minute before a literal 15m 3BP. honestly amazing 15m chart, so far this trade is looking good
5m chart more MTF confluence, honestly great trade. on this chart, we saw a nice buy setup previously, which then worked and made a new high. it then came down again for another buy setup, almost perfect 50% retracement, NOT at top of last move which wasn't too good, but above VWAP, bottoming tail narrow body COC move good penetration etc. I would have probably take this on the 5m chart, just great chart. looked a bit steep but the move up was also very steep.
2m chart was the other possible entry chart, the fact there's two shows you how good this was. previous buy setup worked, made a nice new high, perfect retracement, all green up all red down, no huge red bars, smooth move both ways, COC bar, not topping tails, some bottoming tails etc. just perfect trade, this is the type you put up on your wall and it pays like that.
Market - market kind of irrelevant on this trade as it was downtrending the whole time and this just ran up with a buy setup that worked previously as market was dropping. at 6m prior to the trade entry, the market had the largest red bar of the day and broke LOD and MRK had an average red bar which around/slighly above average volume which just confirmed it's RS/it doesn't care what market does.
