Upset at myself for screwing this trade up. It is my go-to set up where it opens on big volume and can't break some resistance and gives it up. I wanted 2.30 but missed it so thought i was chasing at 2.20. When it broke down, I expected more of a move and it seemed to hold so didn't want to get squeezed so sold at buy price. Bad discipline, should have had my stop above VWAP at least. Missed on 30cents which is annoying as i had it nailed. I cannot be too zoomed in on the tape in the morning. I also traded my exception thinking it would tank fast instead of grinding down.

Reasons to sell: expected more of a flush
