Sell the news event, the company was having a press conference this morning at 8:45 AM. Nothing new was said during the conference, I thought that it would be a good sell the news as ATOS was up for the past 2 days. I got short at 4.35 with 4 k shares when I saw some weakness coming on the tape. I was up about 20 cents at some point but I was looking for the crack of 3. Some dumbass that was attending the presentation asked about future buyout rumors/ if ATOS could be acquired and the CEO said indirectly that it was quite possible... It ruined the entire trade.
