It held an EMAs there, so I thought it can go. I needed to look thru its sector, it was tanking at this point, so I was stopped out.

I suggest to you:
1) tag your trades with set-up and other important elements. build your own library of trades
2) document your trades more extensively (entry, exit, stop, RR)
3) focus on 1-2 set-ups until you know them inside and out
