CEO appearance
Merger vote was today at 11:30, classic sell the news event, I was waiting for signs of weakness near the end of the conference, I got short 1k shares at 3.9 on the offer, starter size, I then tried to hammer the 3.83 bid with 4 k shares but only filled about 1034 shares... I covered when the tape was starting to slow down at 3.58. Overall decent trade, only wish I would have been able to add more size when we started to flush.
