The setup: bear flag? / anticipation of break of key level

The result: This wasn't a good one for me to take. As a bear flag, it was lame. I was watching the tape and the SPY for this one and anticipating the crack of 126.50 which didn't happen. Low probability type of trade for someone of my limited experience.
