NFLX has been in an uptrend for quite some time, but very heavy selling yesterday led me to think there could be follow through. After some initial unsuccessful trades, I did determine the direction of NFLX and got in the trade after it broke down the low of the previous day. I got flat as it started retracing to VWAP. I did not want to go long because I was not confident about haw far it would retrace.
Second trade was short from VWAP. This needed a little more risk, so went with 50 shares and only missed getting stopped by pennies. The trade did start working and I covered at increasing targets. Final cover was because I needed to be done for the day and it put up a big green candle that was more significant than any other recent one, plus I only had a few shares left.
