Made a huge rookie mistake by listening to someone in chat and shorted it based on the move with HLF thinking this would follow suite. Instead, it did the opposite and rallied the rest of the day.

Lesson:

1) Never place impulse trades based on what anyone says

Hindsight:

After breaking through 40, the previous resistance has now become support and any perks off that level would be a good long.
