ORB down, open below its daily 200sma, next spt at near 94.94. Watched the stock looking for setup. My PC kept freezing up during the morning, so I was constantly rebooting. Therefore, my intent was to scalp this trade and the rest of the day just in case my PC stopped working. This trade the price just went under the 9ema and SPY was going down.

Since you've already covered your reasons to exit (PC troubles, etc) there's nothing I can try to help with on that end. However, you called this an ORB but the opening range wasn't even nearly broken. I do see a small bear flag breakdown there though?
