I saw a flag setup at the buy point and the stock was moving along the MA's nicely. I got out because that was lunch time and I'll usually get out around that time if I'm in a stock. I have kids that I homeschool and that's around lunch time :). If I hadn't got out there I would have looked at the MA's to help determine when I get out.

Thank you for reminding me about following the MA-s. I've almost forgot to pay attention to them lately.
I guess lunch time is when stocks start to change direction or become choppy and inactive. So it's a good time to get out.
