8-k old CEO is being removed and new CEO who never had any prior affliction with the company before was taking over googled the address that was listed in the 8-k and found two interior design companies who owned the building.

What a big waste of time and a poor place to put money i took a 1 tic loss but i didnt go to heavy since prior to entering on friday it traded over 100,000 $VOLUME and was only up 20%from .0009 i thought my entry was a competitve one at the least fairly thin and a merger if i trade this ticker again in the future i wont take it above .0011 if i miss that ohh well see ya
