Not a great day.
Made money but process lacked and broke a few rules.

After my first trade over $100 in P&L I should have stopped (as my rules state) but I traded again and then got very uncomfortable. Watching my P&L drop and knowing that I should not have traded was effecting more then average. Self talk EM-Wave was not doing the trick and I was getting tunnel vision.
Like a clown I traded again in the afternoon and did better but still conflicted with the rules. Nuts market and headaches are helping me have FOMO and is why I felt the need to trade again.
Pre Market routine went well and slept well but was anxious at the start with the extra volatility and wanting to do well on SIM. I seem to feel more pressure on SIM then live trading, and least I know the other program better.
Followed the ES and my levels as they worked well, just didn't execute well and had a wider stop then normal. I had trouble getting stops in and ended up buying 2 extra times.
I was mainly using ES levels from 1980 ish to 1965 on my last trade that I did OK on.
