The setup: Short at the top of the range using the 5m chart

The result: The range persisted and I got the move. I scaled out conservatively starting in the middle of the range. The main trend of oil was up, so I felt more comfortable trading this direction (short) on SCO and presumably this makes it a higher probability trade.
